We coordinate with the Fiduciary and the members of the LLC the formal notification of any change in the LLC. Doing all the fiduciary formats and presenting all the required documentation so the Fiduciary update their internal system and recognize the new members as legal members of the LLC of the Bank Trust they are holding.
Coordination between Notario, Fiduciary/Trustee Bank and clients to create a Bank Trust or to amend an existing Bank Trust. Amendments to include, but no limited to: recognition of a deceased owner, beneficiary change, loan release and change from a warranty trust to a regular bank.
